Anvils
The Anvil is a revolutionary combat vehicle designed with extreme tactical and strategic flexibility in mind. While no two Anvils are precisely the same, all Anvils possess the same general layout: the Core, where the pilot sits and controls the vehicle; the Generator, which provides the Anvil with power and fuel; the Electronics system, which provides the Anvil with its eyes and ears; the Left and Right Arms, which give the Anvil unparalleled utility; and the Mobility Base, coming in Biped, Reverse-Joint, Quadruped, Tracked, Wheeled, and Hover variants. Beyond these six major components, Anvils are outfitted with various weapons ranging from swords to railguns and myriad equipment such as CIWS, jammers, and large Locan Control Arrays. These parts, typically carried on the Arms or Core, help further define what sort of task the Anvil is designed to accomplish on the battlefield and may be swapped out on the fly.
Gen 1 Anvils
As the technology base improves, Anvils gain additional capabilities in handheld weapons, higher dexterity, and additional standardization. Anvils from Gen1 are often produced by independent manufacturers and sold internationally, rather than sourced from state militaries and in-house manufacturing.
